This case is before the court on the application of the National Labor Relations Board ("the Board") pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. § 160(e)) ("the Act") to enforce its order against Toledo 5 Auto/Truck Plaza, Inc. ("the Company"). The Board issued its order, reported at 291 NLRB No. 46, on September 30, 1988 ordering reinstatement of employee Doris Dunlap ("Dunlap") with backpay, and requiring the Company to furnish the Union with information concerning Unit employees. For the reasons that follow, we enforce the Board's order in full.
